About The Well Balanced Being™

The Well Balanced Being was founded by Suzanne White.  Suzanne has a varied background in NHS healthcare including maternity, perinatal mental health, and psychological services for children and young people.
 

This experience, combined with advanced training in therapeutic and holistic practices, led to the creation of The Well Balanced Being Method™  a structured, evidence-informed approach to supporting women’s physical and emotional wellbeing.
 

The Well Balanced Being Method™

The Well Balanced Being Method™ integrates psychological understanding with therapeutic bodywork, targeted massage, and gentle, supportive practices to help regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore balance.
