Our Booking Policy

Massage & Stretch Therapy Bookings

  • Initial assessment appointments require online bookings, subsequent & ongoing bookings or  treatment plans maybe booked via mutual agreement with practitioner and client.

  • Full payment is require at each appointment or advance payment to secure the treatment plan.

  • A treatment plan can include all modalities; therapies and yoga.

  • All treatment plans are client focused, with a clear rationale.

Yoga bookings

Some practices require online, pre-booking & pre-payment due to the nature of the

practice (small practice size | props provided) however, some are payable on arrival.

This is offered as a flexible option however, if continuous online booking, using the

option of ‘pay on arrival’ yet not attending becomes a regular theme, this option will

be removed. This is offered to be as exclusive and fluid as is possible.

There may be an option with some practices; to bring your own mat & pay on arrival,

this is offered as a flexible approach where there is no limit to numbers. This does not

incur any cancellation fees for non-attendance.
