Yoga Practice

We all know yoga is good for the whole wellbeing.  We offer a wide range of different practices designed to meet you specific needs and goals. 

 

Our Postnatal | Recovery Yoga is a gentle & effective way to ease yourself back into physical activity following birth.  

 

We also offer Restorative Yoga practice for supporting deep & overall relaxation, through prop supported gentle poses.With the obvious physical health benefits of gentle yoga recovery, we must also be mindful that as a busy new mum, adjusting to a new occupation, our emotional wellbeing must also be allowed the space to strengthen.It focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor & core muscles, whilst incorporating relaxation techniques to promote The Well Balanced Being.
