We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for shipping.  We aim to ship next business day after placement of order if item is in stock, otherwise times are displayed in item description if pre-order is available.

You are free to cancel your order up to the time of shipment by emailing us at info@thewellbalancedbeing.com.

We accept returns up to 28 days of delivery.  Returns are accepted if products are unopened and in orginal packaging.  Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for opened products such as oils.  We can also not accept returns of our lymphatic facial brush.

 

Please contact us at info@thewellbalancedbeing.com for the authorisation and return address.  Customers must purchase the return postage and we recommend using a tracked delivery service.

Refunds will be issued once the items have been received and inpsected, usually within 7 calendar days.
