Group Guided Self-Help Facial Practice

The delivery of a one hour session to support your own learning of facial techniques for personal wellbeing, including Gua Sha, Facial Yoga, Kansa Wands and more. By using guided self-help we can bring the benefits of facial practice into our own daily routines, aiding tension release, and softening the mindset through technique acquisition when we need it.​
