Private Hybrid Facial Practice
A fusion of hand & facial tool techniques designed to release tension, improve lymphatic drainage, and support muscle recovery in the face, incorporating the neck, head & upper arms. Yoga Practice
We all know yoga is good for the whole wellbeing. Our Postnatal | Recovery Yoga is a gentle & effective way to ease yourself back into physical activity following birth. We also offer Restorative Yoga practice for supporting deep & overall relaxation, through prop supported gentle poses.
With the obvious physical health benefits of gentle yoga recovery, we must also be mindful that as a busy new mum, adjusting to a new occupation, our emotional wellbeing must also be allowed the space to strengthen.
It focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor & core muscles, whilst incorporating relaxation techniques to promote The Well Balanced Being.
Restorative Yoga is a contemplative practice that uses props; blocks, bolsters, cushions and blankets which support the body.
The premise for this offering is to guide you in practice with a therapeutic approach of low-intensity still yoga poses, evidenced for the restorative values of releasing deep tension in the body & mind passively with no active stretching.

Group Guided Self-Help Facial Practice
The delivery of a one hour session to support your own learning of facial techniques for personal wellbeing, including Gua Sha, Facial Yoga, Kansa Wands and more.
By using guided self-help we can bring the benefits of facial practice into our own daily routines, aiding tension release, and softening the mindset through technique acquistion when we need it.
