Places are intentionally limited to create a relaxed, supportive environment.

Life asks a lot of us. We spend much of our time responding to other people's needs, carrying responsibilities and moving from one task to the next. This is an opportunity to notice what you need.

This morning has been thoughtfully designed to support both body and mind, because wellbeing isn't simply about relaxing for a few hours, it's about creating the conditions that allow you to feel more like yourself again.
