Our massage sessions aren't just a treat; they are a targeted intervention for your nervous system. We specialize in Targeted Massage Therapy, a mixed-modality approach that blends PNF stretch therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue work. This is ideal for those struggling with chronic tightness, headaches, or emotional fatigue. By focusing on specific problem areas, we help release deep-held tension and support your body’s natural mobility.



2. Specialised Facial Release & Craniosacral Therapy

Did you know we hold an incredible amount of stress in our faces and jaws? Our Facial Release and Craniosacral Therapy sessions are transformative for those suffering from migraines, sinus congestion, or TMJ (jaw) pain.
